We are launching a brand new programme focusing on career development and its aimed at14-21 year olds. The programme is called KickOff Careers and we will be hosting four workshops around the County to showcase and highlight to our participants, a number of different career pathways within football.  

Sessions we will be hosting – Coach Road (Feb/March) | Bideford | Plymstock (16th Feb) | ISCA College 

Each workshop will run through different themed pathways participants can venture within football. It will offer the participants a chance to find out more information regarding their desired career choice, for example refereeing. Information will be delivered by experienced tutors and County FA staff, and we aim to explore some background information on the subject along with future employment positions that may be attainable. Each workshop will encompass classroom led activities along with on-pitch demonstrations that will upskill individuals that may want to pursue a career in football.  

We will highlight in each career avenue viable job opportunities and details around a sustainable financial income.

4. Media / journalism (broadcaster/ punditry/ Data analyst/Esports)
5. Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation

7. Football products & apparel (Design/retail/logistics/developer
