This season’s we will be launching our new Club Surgery’s providing a new dimension to our support for our clubs across the County and continue our strategy pledge of sustaining and increasing participation across all formats of the game . Every month clubs will be able to book onto the evening surgery using this link and speak directly with one of the Development Team. The surgery sessions are there to support clubs with both any issues they may be encountering or help them plan or progress areas they wish to develop.

Our new surgery’s will be open to club committee members to have a 1 to 1 discussion via Microsoft Teams with a member of the team for 20 minutes.  Following the surgery we will follow up with the club with any information required and to see how their season is progressing.
