Every player in Devon who wishes to register for a Devon FA affiliated league, or play in the County Cup will need to be part of our Player Membership Scheme.

Players and clubs were not charged for their Player Membership fees for the 2020/21 season, as this was interrupted due to Covid.

There are three ways in which players can obtain their Player Membership for the 2021/22 season:

1. Players can go onto the Devon FA Shop, and purchase their membership there:

2. Club secretaries can go onto the Devon FA Shop and bulk purchase their players memberships for them:

3. We can bulk register your players, as per your list of players on the Whole Game System. Please note, we will register all players on your list with a Player Membership, please ensure your date is cleansed before you ask us to register your players with a Player Membership. To do this, please email – adultid@devonfa.com if you are an Adult Club, and youthid@devonfa.com if you are a Youth Club. If you choose this option, your invoice will be due 60 days after you have placed your order.

We are currently reviewing the Devon FA App and therefore the purchasing of the membership via the app is currently unavailable.

As a reminder players should not be registered to a Devon FA Affiliated league or competition unless the player has a Devon FA Membership.

Clubs when using the FA Portal can see whether or not the player has a membership and therefore should not be submitting them to you until they have this in place. (see image below).
