The Devon Football Show was established by Plymouth Marjon University students Jack Horswell and Mike Parrish last season, as they shine a light on football in our County, interviewing local managers, players and officials.

This season, we are proud to share the Devon Football Show through the County FA. This week’s show is entitled East and East and previews the new South-West Peninsula League season, plus chats with the managers of Bideford and Plymouth Parkway, and Abbie Britton from Exeter City Women.

The Presenters

Jack Horswell – Jack is currently studying Sport Journalism at Plymouth Marjon University. An aspiring sports media and radio presenter, he is also the on-Air voice for BBC Radio Devon’s non-league football on the Saturday show. Jack also presents Marjon's Hospital Radio Plymouth Show, the 'JAM Session', Wednesday morning 10-12.  Jack is The Devon Football Show’s main presenter/producer of the show. A role he also took up in last season’s popular dormant podcast, #LocalFootballRadio.

Mike Parrish – Mike is currently studying Sport Journalism at Plymouth Marjon University. With a keen eye for filmmaking, some may know him better as the man behind the Toolstation Western League Club, Plymouth Parkway’s, highlights packages. Mike has also worked alongside South West Sports News in some of their films. The Devon Football Show’s co-host has continued his role from last season on #LocalFootballRadio.
