Following the recent FA review into the national structure of the Girls’ Talent Pathway, we are delighted to be able to continue delivering an FA Licensed programme for girls in the area. Now called the Devon FA Girls’ Emerging Talent Centre (previously Advanced Coaching Centre) our programme runs age groups at u12, u14 and u16 and is aimed at providing the best possible environment for talented young female players to develop, alongside their other club football.

You can read a bit more about the ETC programme here

Across the Country, The FA are vastly increasing the number of Licensed Centres to give better access opportunities for talented young girls. In Devon this year, we now have two other FA Licensed ETC’s in addition to our own. Argyle Community Trust who run a Girls’ Emerging Talent Centre at u10, u11 and u12 age groups and Exeter City in The Community (u10 in Exeter, and u10 & u12 in North Devon) are now helping to expand the opportunity to wider areas of the County.
