An exciting opportunity has arisen, as Devon County FA begin the search for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation.

As the governing body of the game across Devon, we are responsible for setting high standards and values throughout the game at every level.

Devon FA is responsible for providing the structure and support that enables players, coaches, volunteers and referees from across Devon to develop and enjoy the beautiful game.

We are looking for a new CEO to be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running of Devon FA and its facilities, and to spearhead the strategic direction and culture of the organisation, as well as to act as an ambassador for grassroots football.

This is a crucial role for Devon County FA and the wider grassroots game locally, so we are looking for a highly skilled, knowledgeable and qualified candidate who can contribute to the delivery of our Business Strategy and continue the ongoing development of the organisation.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for football and a track record in strategic leadership of a small to medium sized business.

We are offering a salary of around £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
