New regulations relating to the protection of data will come into effect from May 2018 and everyone is affected - clubs, leagues & Devon FA!

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in EU Law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union.

GDPR will give new rights to individuals in respect of the personal data held by companies, place obligations on companies on data collection and processing and introduce a new regime of fines for data breaches.

As part of the new regulation, we need to ensure that our communication and mailing lists are up to date and compliant. 

Therefore we will be unable to contact you unless you opt in to stay connected to us. 

By opting in, you'll agree with our updated 'privacy policy'.

If you do not wish to here from us anymore, you do not need to do anything and you will stop receiving emails from us after Friday 25 May (unless you opt in again in the future)
