A FEW STATS AND FACTS ABOUT EACH CLUB:

Teignmouth AFC

Established in 1946, Teignmouth AFC have been a mainstake club in Devon for many years, they currently compete in the South West Peninsula East league, playing home games at Coombe Valley.

They joined the SWPL in 2007 after playing in the Devon County League.

They're currently sitting mid-table in the SWPL East Division, a satisfactory league position may be made to look better if they win the Cup tomorrow.

Geoff Breslan (Teignmouth AFC Assistant Manager)
told us; "It's been long overdue, we reached the final of the Premier Cup in the last few seasons, we've reached the semi final and quarter final, so to reach the final is a big step for the club and one we hope we can go on to win.

"We like to play football, so hopefully everyone watching will be impressed as we do have some real good talent within the squad."

Torridgeside AFC

Torridgeside was founded in 1989 and grown to have 3 adult and 5 youth teams. Their first team play in the South West Peninsula Football League Division 1 East.

Very similarly to Teignmouth, they've themselves had an average season in the league, currently on the same amount of points as their Cup counterparts.

Funnily enough they only joined the SWPL back in 2006 after numerous years in the North Devon Football League.
