The noise coming from both clubs

How it feels the reach a County Cup Final:

Simon Brock (Black Swan Town Manager) - "It feels great to reach a county cup final in our first ever season as a Saturday team and this is the best trophy we are involved in this season.

Matt Howe (Elmore 2nds Manager) - "I've been coaching for fourteen years, from when my team were seven years old and know they're playing men's football. This is the first time a team I have coached have got to a county cup final, it feels great. But the hard work has been put in by the players, they're a fantastic group of lads. The Elmore team you see will consist mainly of teenagers, some of which are only 16/17 years old. The side was created five years ago to give local players from the Tiverton area something to aim for when they finish their youth football. We have some great, experienced guys on the coaching and playing staff who help bring the young lads on. We have a great youth set up at Elmore, and a lot of time and effort is put in by the other youth managers and coaches. They all deserve a lot of credit.”

What style of play we expect to see:

Simon Brock (Black Swan Town Manager) - "Without giving too much away spectators can expect us to try and force the issue throughout the whole game with a lot of pressure on Elmore from the front."

Matt Howe (Elmore 2nds Manager) - “I've always tried to bring players up by having the confidence to have possession of the ball in all areas of the pitch. We like to play from the back, if the playing surface allows it of course! But we don't want to become predictable, so we will vary our style of play.”

What it's taken to reach a County Cup Final:

Simon Brock (Black Swan Town Manager) - "It has taken us a lot to get to this final and I would assume we are the most travelled team in the whole thing, this has included away games in Lyme Regis (Dorset), Paignton (South Devon), Kingsbridge (West Devon), and Torrington (North Devon)."

Matt Howe (Elmore 2nds Manager) - “A lot of miles! We've travelled over 500 miles throughout the previous rounds, with two games in Plymouth, a game in Halwill and another in Hawkchurch, and the closest one in Axminster against Millway Rise. We're in another semi-final of the league cup so both cup runs have made a massive effect on the league, where we still have 11 games remaining, having played four in the week leading up to this cup final.”
