The Devon Girls Football League have recently began offering competitive football to girls of a Primary Ages. January and February has seen the first two monthly Central Venue Festivals for girls betwen the ages of 7-11. These have been held at West Exe Community College.
The first festival was ran on Sunday 17th January 2010 and saw teams from Ashmoor Ladies, Exmouth Amatuers, LFC Sparta, Plainmoor Girls and Twyford Spartans compete.
The second festival was ran on Sunday 7th February 2010, this saw all 5 teams from the first event, joined by an additional 3 teams from West Exe, Feniton and a second team from Plainmoor Girls.
The next festival will be held on Sunday 14th March between 10am - 12noon, at West Exe Community College.
