This match could have been postponed because of a frosted pitch but Wiltshire were prepared to travel and by kick off time the the pitch was playable.
Devon were first on the attack and a cross by Rebecca Mcmullin (Newquay Ladies) just failed to connect with outstretched foot of Kat Marment (Plymouth Argyle)
On 11 minutes a long ball was played out of the Wiltshire defence and this set Victoria Summerfield on a race for goal but Devon keeper Beth Marshall made a good save.
After 34 minutes Devon's Rose sent Hillman away on the left to cut in and with the Wiltshire keeper narrowing the angle she squared to Marment who was left with the easiest of tap ins.
On the stroke of half time Wiltshire were level as Summerfield fired a long range beauty from 30 yards which flew past Marshall and into the roof of the net.
Two minutes after the break and and Wiltshire took the lead and Robyn Pinder passed to Niamh Rawkins and the winger fired a unstoppable shot passed the helpless Marshall.
On 55 minutes Rawkins again had a great chance, however her low shot drifted just wide.
Devon pressed for the next 15 minutes and created several good chances, but were kept out vby a combination of luck and great goalkeeping.
However Devon would get a deserved equaliser on 70 minutes when a 25 yard rocket from Fowle found its way into the top corner.
Both teams then pressed for a winner as the last 20 minutes flew by, however neither team could find the net and the game finished 2 - 2.
