Organisers of the ERREA SOUTHWEST CHALLENGE CUP 2009 have announced that the SUPERSAVER ADVANCE TICKET offer, covering the TWELVE PRELIMINARY MATCHES in the Tournament, will terminate on Tuesday 30th June 2009.
The SUPERSAVER TICKET was launched earlier in MAY of this year and sales have been described as up on last year, but disappointing when viewed against the quality of teams announced and confirmed as playing in this Tournament, compared with those competing last year.
However sales on-line have been very encouraging and the Organisers are now making one final effort to ensure that local supporters who may wish to purchase IN PERSON and not on-line, can do so before these valued tickets are withdrawn.
Commencing on SATURDAY 27TH JUNE and continuing until TUESDAY 30TH JUNE, Tickets priced at £15.00 which permit ONE ADULT AND TWO CHILDREN to attend all or any of the 12 matches prior to Semi-Final and Final games, will be on DIRECT SALE at:

Tournament Secretary HEATHER SCHOFIELD explained:
We are fairly certain that a lot of people waited until the Tournament Fixture List was published and then decided to wait again to ascertain if any of the high profile Clubs
announced made late withdrawals; well I can confidently tell you something for sure: THEY HAVE NOT AND THEY WILL NOT!!!
Just last week I had the pleasure of meeting PETER TAYLOR and IAN HOLLOWAY at the Grass Roots Football Exhibition in Birmingham and they both said how much they were looking forward to seeing us here in North Devon. All our Tournament sides are contracted so any unrealistic fear of games being cancelled is simply that. UNREALISTIC.
This final set of arrangements allows those who could not get along to any Host Ground to either call in personally or even phone us on 01237 477757 and we will gladly reserve their tickets for collection. I cannot stress how valuable these tickets are and what a shame it will be for football fans to miss out on the offer. See any three games out of twelve and you still have a bargain and the guarantee of walking straight in!!
