The eight-team knock-out tournament will include Neil Warnock's Crystal Palace who are currently chasing promotion to the Premiership via the play-offs.
Also featuring on the bill are League One clubs Hereford United and Grimsby while Blue Square Premier outfit Torquay United will provide further interest for South West football fans.
Kidderminster Harriers (Blue Square Premier), Eastleigh (Blue Square South), Clevedon Town (British Gas Southern Premier) and host club Bideford will complete the strong line-up.
The opening match sees Western League Bideford take on Torquay United at the Sports Ground on July 22 and the final will be at the same venue on July 27.
Meanwhile, Appledore's Marshford ground will stage three of the nine games during the seeded tournament.
The full draw for the tournament will be made during Bideford's awards dinner at the Royal Hotel on May 25.
