The Benevolent Fund grants assistance to Clubs affiliated to Devon F.A. and to referees registered with Devon F.A. (or to the dependents of such players and referees) who may be injured whilst playing for their club in, or officiating in, matches under the jurisdiction of the Association.
Each affiliated club makes a compulsory annual contribution of £10 to the fund. This entitles a player to apply for a grant in accordance with the Devon F.A. rules.
Referees may quality for a grant providing that on registration they contribute a sum of £1 to the fund.
